He is a lecturer in the department of Philosophy, University of Calabar, Nigeria. He also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Calabar Chapter. He is a passionate scholar with unassuming academic dexterity. He holds Bachelor Degrees in Philosophy, Theology and Civil Law from the Pontifical Urbaniana University, Rome and the University of Calabar respectively. He also holds Post Graduate Diplomas in Education and Communication Art from the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. He holds Master Degrees in Philosophy and Educational Administration from the University of Calabar and the National Open University of Nigeria respectively. He is a holder of a Doctorate Degree in Philosophy from the University of Calabar. He has also attended and presented several papers in conferences with articles published in some in journals and Book Chapter. He is a fellow of the Society for Research and Academic Excellence, University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
